Emerald City Athletics is led by a dedicated and experienced team. The founder and partner, Neil Schober, has over three decades of experience in the fitness industry. He started as a trainer and eventually owned his own fitness club called Hart's Athletics in Seattle. Under his leadership, Hart's Athletics became an award-winning establishment. MJ Reavley, the president and partner of ECA, is a true leader in the fitness industry with a passion for fitness and people. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and has operated multiple gyms for over a decade.

Other members of the team include Josh Kaplan, a seasoned fitness professional with a deep desire to help others grow in their confidence in fitness; Stephanie Bidondo, the District Fitness Director who encourages and equips coaches and members to achieve their fitness goals; Rachel Wilson, the Chief Financial Officer with a background in accounting and finance as well as health and wellness coaching; Andre Jordan, the District Manager for Ballinger Village & Columbia City who believes in making positive impacts on people's lives through coaching and training; Elijah Riley, General Manager at Everett who applies lessons learned from the Marine Corps to make holistic changes in people's lives; Phil Salinas, General Manager at Columbia City who is passionate about delivering on the goals set forth by each member; Chase Park, General Manager at Wallingford who merges his military leadership skills with empathy to guide members through transformative fitness journeys; Victor Wells, General Manager at Ballinger Village who aims to kindle fervor for fitness in others.
