The Gatehouse offers two tracks: the Career Track and the Education Track. The Career Track is designed for underemployed women who are ready to work full-time to achieve self-sustainability. This program helps them address barriers, improve their financial stability, and develop essential life skills. On the other hand, the Education Track is for single student moms pursuing undergraduate or master's degrees in healthcare or teaching. This track provides support and a hand up to help them complete their education and build a better future for themselves and their children.

Both tracks at The Gatehouse aim to equip women with the tools they need to overcome challenges and create a foundation for permanent change. Through coaching, counseling, and other resources, participants are empowered to achieve financial stability, develop life skills, build healthy relationships, and remove barriers on their path to self-sustainability.
